CONTEST OF LIVESTOCK BREEDERS ”BEST IN PROFESSION” IN
MOSCOW REGION

In mid-September, a contest of cattle
artificial insemination operators took place at the production
plant of Moskovskoye stock-breeding federal state unitary
enterprise in Noginsk region. Professionals from all over
the Moscow region took part in this contest. They were mostly
winners of the district competitions. The contestants were
expected not only to show themselves in practice, but also
to pass difficult tests. 30 operators from 24 districts of
the region came to this occupational contest, and many of
those participants are prize-winners of all-Russian competitions,
so the struggle for victory was very intense. In the end,
our participant took the 5th place. She was awarded with a
notebook, a clock and a watch. CONGRATULATIONS! |

Day we held the Summer Spartakiada 2011 (sport games). 4 teams
took part in the competitions: Elinar, Elinar Broiler, Sozvezdiye
(Constellation) and Zodiac. Elinar team absolutely topped
the overall standings. |

EXHIBITION "COMPOSITE EXPO-2010" |

The third international trade show of
composite materials and technologies was held from the 24th
to the 26th of February in the international exhibition complex
"Krokus Expo". It was the first time when Elinar took part
in this exhibition. The main purpose of the exhibition was
to draw attention to the development and introduction of composite
technologies and materials to different branches of industry. |

WINTER SPORTS CONTEST |
| |
Sport events are the integral part of
the staff policy in Elinar. On the 13th of February the Winter
Sports Contest opened and joined together the teams of the
company's employees and the teams of the rural settlement
of Ateptsevo. The Sports Contest turned out to be one of the
most colorful and entertaining corporate events, and the time
of the contest coincided with the celebration of the generous
Maslenitsa (the Butter Week) - a festival much loved by all
Russian people. |

ELINAR-BROILER: 10 YEARS OF SUCSESSFUL PROJECT |
| |
10 years ago within the intergovernmental
Russian-American program "Chernomirdin-Gor" joint company
Elinar-Broiler was founded. The target of this project was
the creation of successful vertically-integrated complex for
poultry meat production on the territory of Russia and dissemination
of high class experience in broiler meat production and processing.
After a multi-stage competition that had been carried out
by well-known international poultry organizations Elinar was
chosen. In accordance with project conditions it is stated
that after project finalizing the Russian side is to buy all
shares of the American side. Today Russian partner, OAO Elinar
Holding company, has 100% shares of Elinar-Broiler. |

become a tradition and have been holding by our company for
open conversation with main customers of electrical insulating
materials and core research and development institutes. These
conversations concern tendencies and development perspectives
of electro insulating materials and insulation systems on its
