Varnishes and Compounds

Stability and high quality of our insulating materials are well-known and highly appreciated by leading heavy engineering companies not only in Russia but abroad.
In 2000 manufacturing of electrical insulating varnishes and compounds was established. Our production program includes wide range of impregnating varnishes and compounds of B, F and H thermal rating classes.

Shelf life
FL-98
Modified glyptal
B
Impregnation of windings of electrical machines and apparatus including traction, crane and other electric motors working in hard operating conditionsDrying of varnish impregnated windings occurs at 125 -140 °C.
Distinctive feature - good dryness in thick layer.
6 months
at -40°C - +40°Ñ
ML-92
Modified glyptal
B
Impregnation of windings of electrical machines, apparatus and transformers.
Drying of varnish impregnated windings occurs at 120 -130°C.
Distinctive feature - good cementing ability, moisture- and oil- resistance.
May be used as a covering varnish.
12 months
at -40°C - +40°Ñ
GF-95
Modified glyptal
B
Impregnation of windings of electrical machines, apparatus and transformers operating on oil and subject to effects of acidic chemical reagents (acid and chlorine vapors).
Drying of varnish impregnated windings occurs at 110 -120°C.
Distinctive feature -ability to retain plasticity for a long time during heat ageing, high oil and arc-resistance.
May be used as a covering varnish.
12 months
at -40°C - +40°Ñ
PE-933
Polyester-epoxide
F
Impregnation of windings of electrical machines.
Drying of varnish impregnated windings occurs at 140 -150°C.
Distinctive feature - good cementing ability.
6 months
at -40°C - +45°Ñ
PE-9153M*
Modified oligoimidalkyd
F
Impregnation of windings of electrical machines and apparatus.
Distinctive features - low content of toxic, fire-hazardous andexplosive organic solvents; reduced time and lowered temperature of drying.
May be used instead of varnishes GF-95, ML-92, FL-98,PE-933 and FA-97.
6 months
at -40°C - +45°Ñ
ID-9152*
Polyester-isocyanuratimide
H
Impregnation of coil winding of electrical machines and apparatus.
Distinctive features - low content of toxic, fire-hazardous andexplosive organic solvents; reduced time and lowered temperature of drying.
Varnish ID-9152 may be used instead of silicon-organic varnishes.
6 months
at -10°C - +35°Ñ
* In the stage of industrial mastering
