ELINAR Work practice for future specialists

    Long-term cooperation in involving young specialists exists between ELINAR and Tomsk Polytechnic University. Upon graduation a lot of specialists came to us from that University: Svetlana Bondarenko, Nicolay and Alyona Maglev, Anatoly Redikh, Svetlana Fedorova.
    July this year 5 students of III and V years of education from Tomsk Polytechnic University had work practice in the shops of EIM plant. All students are studying at the cathedra of electrical insulation and cable engineering on the profession of the material science in electrical engineering and radio electronics. Upon graduation they will be masters of engineering and technique. Now under our EIM specialists’ guidance they were hard working on the fulfillment of technical tasks they had. Together with research and development works students studied the production of electrical insulation materials directly at the work places, and each of them experienced one of the professions: EIM pressman, EIM shearer, EIM sorter, paper and cloth impregnation operator. At the end of the practice they presented their reports on the work carried out.
    According to the students’ opinion, the practice was very useful and interesting. We hope that this practice is the first stage of these students’ career at Elinar.
